How we started…
AAA Surfacing was established in July 2020 during the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The company was formed by Aarron Forrest after an 8 year career in Construction with a background in Groundworks leading to the road surfacing industry.
Aarron noticed that there were not enough young road workers being given the opportunity to fill the increasing vacant roles in the profession and decided that he would gain a foothold in an ever-needing industry by supplying young and enthusiastic surfacing operatives to companies across the North of England.
The concept was risky but under the right leadership and guidance Aarron believed he could create a company that would over time produce a service unrivalled by many.
AAA Surfacing began to grow.
To date AAA surfacing has turned over nearly £4,000,000 from a standing start and is now one of the leading suppliers of hired labour and road surfacing services across the North of England.

Aarron Forrest started AAA Surfacing in 2020 to provide a young hungry team of operatives he could grow over time to be a successful group of Surfacing professionals.
Aarron Started his construction carear in 2011 working as an apprentice groundworker for one of the North Easts leading Civil Engineering companys. After 2 years Aarron was offered the opportunity to move into sub contract work as a second man working on Groundworks projects across the North East for many firms.
Aarron decided in 2014 that he would like to move into the road surfacing Industry after been given an opportunity to work for one of the North Easts biggest companies in a stable position with a clear long term progression plan in place.
